I don't even want to ramble or babble. I was struggling with my self-image and my weight for a while, and then I wasn't, and then I was again. I decided that I didn't care about my weight and whether or not my abs show as long as my pants fit and I am healthy. Recently in the gym I've been focusing on getting stronger rather than on muscular development. While this has been said before, I echo the sentiment: Everyday I wake up I know that I'm stronger than the day before. I know that today, I am stronger than I have ever been before.
